WORKING TOGETHER
Insurance & Availability
We accept most major commercial insurance plans, and as a courtesy, we'll check your insurance coverage to ensure you have as much information as possible before your first visit. Depending on the situation, we will submit claims on your behalf or provide you with the details to submit them yourself. We also recommend double-checking your insurance coverage to confirm the details match on both ends. Mismatched information happens more than you may think. If needed, we're happy to provide the specific codes we use on our claims for added clarity.
We have a limited number of spots available for Medicaid patients, which may fill quickly. Please note, we are not contracted to provide services for Medicare patients.
